Liberty Builders Home Services (“we”, “us”). Last updated: July 29, 2026.
This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Liberty Builders Home Services mobile app and related services (membership, visit scheduling, property reports, and contractor payments).
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, photo URL (if provided by your sign-in provider), and role (member, landlord, or company).
- Property and service data: property addresses and details you enter, visit requests, schedules, reports, invoices, and related notes.
- Location data (technicians only): while a technician is clocked in as "on duty" for the workday, we collect precise GPS location to route their day and detect arrival at a job site. Location is not collected while off duty, and is not collected at all for members or landlords.
- Payment data: payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and payment identifiers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device and diagnostics: push notification tokens, crash logs, and analytics events used to operate and improve the app (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics where enabled).
- Marketing interest forms: name, email, phone (optional), ZIP, home size, and message when you submit interest on our website.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and membership.
- To schedule visits, generate reports, and process invoices and contractor payouts.
- To route an on-duty technician's day and prompt them to start a visit when they arrive at a job site.
- To send transactional notifications (visit updates, billing, team invites).
- To follow up on marketing interest submissions and confirm service coverage.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us operate Liberty Builders Home Services, including Google Firebase (auth, database, hosting, messaging, analytics/crash reporting) and Stripe (payments). Company users may see property, visit, and invoice data for properties and jobs they manage. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and service records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. To request account deletion, email support@libertyservices.app.
