Membership and payments
Membership is billed via Stripe. Open the app → Settings → Membership to view plan status, or Settings → Contractor payments for Stripe Connect / payout settings. For billing questions or refunds, email support with the email on your account.
Cancel membership
Request cancellation by emailing support@libertyservices.app from the address on your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; included visits already used are not restored.
Delete your account
Email support@libertyservices.app with subject “Account deletion” and the email used to sign in. We will delete or anonymize personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention needs (e.g. invoices).
Sign-in help
The app supports email/password and Google Sign-In. If you cannot access your account, contact support with the email you used and a brief description of the issue.
